1. Secure share links: share a single file, a folder or a whole room — with a password, an optional email code, an expiry date and a limit on how many times it opens. Revoke it with one click.

2. Watermarked for every viewer: each page carries the viewer's email and the date and time, so a copy can always be traced back.

3. Screen Shield: the document blurs when the window loses focus, and screenshot, copy and print attempts are blocked or logged.

4. View-only by default: download and print are off unless you switch them on — per link, per person and per document.

5. Know who read what: see who opened each document, which pages they read, for how long and from roughly where.

6. A complete audit timeline: every upload, revision, share, view, permission change and removal is recorded with who did it and why — and cannot be edited.
